📋 Tasks of the Sub-Directorate
The Sub-Directorate of Administration and Finance is notably responsible for:
• Preparing the draft human resources management plan of the institute and ensuring its execution.
• Ensuring the career management of the institute's staff.
• Managing and preserving the institute's archives and documentation.
• Preparing the draft budget of the institute and ensuring its execution.
• Promoting, with the relevant structures of the Rectorate, scientific, cultural and sports activities for students.
• Ensuring the management of movable and immovable assets of the institute and ensuring their upkeep and maintenance.
• Ensuring the implementation of the internal security plan of the institute.
