The institute library is responsible for:
1 Proposing programs for acquiring books and university documentation.
2 Organizing the documentary collection by implementing the most modern methods of processing and classification.
3 Maintaining the documentary collection and constantly updating its inventory.
4 Establishing appropriate conditions for the use of the documentary collection by students and teachers.
5 Assisting teachers and students in their bibliographic research.
