On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great pleasure to welcome and invite you to IWT’2024 that will be held at the Telecommunications Institute, Université 8 Mai 1945 Guelma, Algeria on. Guelma is a truly historic capital, located in the East of Algeria. This two-day event will offer the opportunity to meet and interact with scientists from the academic, industrial, private, socio-economic and public sectors, as well as their partners.
