Council Missions

📋 Council Mission

Under the chairmanship of the Director of the Institute and in accordance with Executive Decree No. 03-279 dated 24 Joumada ath-Thania 1424 corresponding to August 23, 2003, which defines the missions of the university and the specific rules for its organization and operation, particularly Articles 61 and 62, the Council issues opinions and recommendations on the following points:

• The development perspectives of the institute.

• The planning of training and research activities of the institute.

• The prospects for national and international scientific cooperation.

• The programming of continuing education, professional development, and retraining activities.

• The draft budget of the institute.

• The draft human resources management plan of the institute.

• Draft contracts and agreements for studies, expertise, and services provided by the institute.

• The management of the institute.

• The annual activity report of the institute.

The council examines and proposes any measures to improve the operation of the institute and to promote the achievement of its objectives and gives its opinion on any matter submitted to it by the director.
